Education Substructure
The town has 20 primary and secondary schools. An Environmental Training Center that develops significant activity is also functioning. In the framework of higher education a Patrolman School is operating since 2000 while the Management of Technology Department of Macedonian University is functioning since September 2004. PRIMARY EDUCATION The town has 10 primary schools and equal in number preschools, and also one primary school per municipal apartment. There are also baby farms and a special educational needs school. SECONDARY EDUCATION In secondary education there are three high schools, two senior high schools, two technological education institutes and one institute of vocational training. HIGHER EDUCATION The Management of Technology Department of Macedonian University, which has been recently established, and the Patrolman School are functioning at the town. LIBRARIES The Public Library, the Euxinos Club of Pont's inhabitants and the Musical Library are operating in Naoussa.
